He was 23 years old when he founded the company in 1998 with the aim of operating a plumbing repair business. Since the company's establishment, he has set up a website and has been involved in sales and on-site work. In the process of transforming the business model from plumbing repair to a comprehensive renovation business, he sensed the potential in e-commerce (EC), which was in its infancy at the time, and in 2001 opened the online store for residential equipment, "Sun Refre Plaza" (now "Koukandekirukun"). After consolidating the business into e-commerce in 2012, the company went public on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Mothers in 2020. He has served as the company's representative director since its founding.

After gaining experience in sales and marketing management at a major multinational computer vendor, he joined a software development company in 2004. In 2007, the company became a subsidiary of a listed company, in the same year, he was appointed Representative Director and President.  of Holdings in 2018. He is a director of the company and in charge of the corporate department from 2021.

He started his career as a systems engineer and joined Nissetsu Engineering Co., Ltd. (now TechnoPro Co., Ltd.) in 1997. He has worked in the IT industry, serving as sales, site manager, and president of several overseas corporations. After returning to Japan, he launched a venture company and in 2012 became the representative director of an IT human resources service company affiliated with a listed company. In 2023, he became the representative director of KD Service Co., Ltd. and a director of the company, overseeing the sales department.

He has served in various roles in finance, human resources, corporate planning, etc. at several major retail chains. In 2007, he became executive director of MOS Food Services Co., Ltd., and in 2012, he became chairman of the board of directors of MOS Store Company Co., Ltd. In 2014, he established the Yoshino Human Resources Research Institute. Since 2017, he has been an outside director of our company.

He was registered as an attorney in 2000 and later established Suzuki Kengo Law Office. He is well versed in corporate law and has served as corporate counsel, outside director, and auditor for many companies. He also taught as a part-time lecturer at Keio University Graduate School of Law from 2012 to 2023. He was appointed as an outside auditor of our company in 2018, and serves as an outside director, auditor and supervisory committee member from June 2024.

She passed the second stage of the Certified Public Accountant examination while studying at Waseda University. After working at Chuo Aoyama Audit Corporation and Yamada & Partners Tax Accountants, she became independent in 2007. She currently serves as the representative of Noda Sogo Accounting Office and Noda Sogo M&A Consulting Co., Ltd. She is an outside director and auditor for five companies, including a company listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Prime Market. She serves as an outside director, auditor and supervisory committee member of our company from June 2024.

She was the youngest player at the time to win the Women’s Amateur Golf Championships both in the U.S. and Japan. After turning professional, she was the money leader in 1998. After retiring, she served as the women's golf coach for the Japanese Olympic team at two consecutive Olympic Games, Tokyo and Paris. She was appointed a director of the Japan Golf Association in 2022 and a director of the Japan Olympic Association in 2023.  In addition to nurturing young players, she has been actively engaged in organizational reform for the development of coaches. She became a managing director of the Japan Golf Association in 2024. She serves an outside director, auditor and supervisory committee member of our company from June 2024.
