The shareholder benefits system that was established in 2024 has been well received and has been used by many shareholders, so we have changed the benefits to make them even easier to use.
We aim to further improve the quality of our management by having many shareholders experience our services and provide us with feedback from a customer's perspective.
━Explanation of the system
Eligible shareholders: Shareholders who own 100 or more shares as of March 31, 2025.
・The shareholder benefits system has been changed as follows for shareholders as of March 31, 2025.

・The certificate will be enclosed with the notice of the general meeting of shareholders (usually in early June).
━How to redeem
・The redemption function is available on the member page of the Koukandekirukun Service site (Only Japanese).
*Membership registration is required to use this service. If you have not yet registered as a member, please register and use this service.
How to exchange shareholder benefits for "Koukandekirukun Points" or "Quo Cards" >
━Notes
・One shareholder benefit coupon can be redeemed once. Please note that points cannot be divided into multiple redemptions.
・Points are valid for three years from the date of redemption, just like regular points.
・You can combine the points you have earned from previous orders with the points you have earned.
・This offer can be used in conjunction with various discounts and campaigns.
-Unfortunately, we are unable to accept construction work outside of our service area, so please check in advance.
・We regret to inform you that we do not accept orders for products only.

Yes, you can. Points can be combined by submitting a point redemption application from the same membership account for each family member who owns shares.
However, please note that if points are redeemed from different membership accounts, the points cannot be combined. -
We will ship the item to the address you specified when you applied within one month of receiving your application.
