Koukandekirukun, Inc. to as "our company") regards sustainable growth and the improvement of corporate value over the medium to long term as its most important management priorities, and believes that in order to achieve this, it is necessary to strengthen its corporate governance system.

In order to enhance our corporate governance system, we will build an organizational structure that can respond quickly to any changes in the business environment, and as a listed company, we will adhere to our stance of managing our business fairly and transparently. We will disclose information accurately and appropriately to all stakeholders, and at the same time, we will continue to improve our internal system to establish corporate social responsibility and corporate ethics.

This Basic Policy outlines the basic framework for our company's corporate governance.

Furthermore, in order to realize effective corporate governance that takes into account the social demands and the environment surrounding the Company at any given time, the Board of Directors will review this Basic Policy from time to time, and if it deems it necessary, it will revise this Basic Policy and will promptly announce the details of any revisions.
