Kokan Dekirukun has opened the Residential Equipment Replacement Skills Academy, a school where Koukandekirukun can learn a wide range of residential equipment replacement techniques, on November 1, 2024. In addition, to coincide with the opening, we will begin accepting applications for students from January 2025.
The declining birthrate, aging population, and labor shortages that are currently serious issues in many industries are no exception in the housing equipment industry. We also believe that this issue cannot be resolved simply by relying on advances in digital technology, but rather that fundamental structural reform is required, which is why we have decided to open the academy.
