Agreement Reached with Itochu Enex Home Life Co., Ltd.
for Joint Development of Residential Equipment E-Commerce Cloud Service

We are pleased to announce that, on October 31, we reached an agreement with Itochu Enex Home Life Co., Ltd., a provider of LP gas and electricity services, to jointly develop "Replaform," a cloud service platform that will enable easy sales and installation of residential equipment via e-commerce.  With joint funding from both companies, we aim to launch the service next spring.

"Replaform" is a new business model that provides an e-commerce system on a subscription basis, realizing a one-stop service from the sale of residential equipment to smooth installation services.
It is expected to see growing demand as a means for real estate-related companies and housing-related businesses to enter the renovation market with minimal investment.
