We are pleased to announce that we have decided to enter into a capital and business alliance agreement with Itochu Enex Home Life Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Kyosuke Wakamatsu).

Through this partnership, the two companies will work together in a variety of areas, including personnel exchanges, joint purchasing of residential equipment, improving the functionality and sales promotion of "Replaform," expanding residential equipment warranty business, and collaborating in the construction field, with the aim of resolving social issues facing the renovation industry and promoting the provision of safe, secure, and convenient services that consumers can trust.
