 Window Insulation Renovation Services

Koukandekirukun, Inc. (Head Office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Masaru Kurihara, hereinafter “the Company”) has expanded its service offerings to include window insulation renovation.
As a result, in addition to our core residential equipment such as water heaters, air conditioners and toilets, we will now be adding services in the "window" field, putting us in a position to propose more comprehensive improvements to home comfort.

As the first step, the company will begin handling LIXIL Corporation's (hereinafter referred to as LIXIL) Inplus, a remodeling interior window, in some areas from June 11, 2025, to accommodate the installation of insulated interior windows. This service is also eligible for subsidies under the Advanced Window Renovation 2025 Project and the Child-rearing Green Housing Support Project, which are part of the Home Energy Saving 2025 Campaign promoted by the Ministry of the Environment and the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, making it possible to easily carry out insulated renovations while taking advantage of subsidies of up to 2 million yen.

■ Window insulation renovation provides a comfortable, energy-efficient lifestyle all year round
Windows are the part of a house that is most susceptible to the effects of outside air, and play a major role in heating and cooling efficiency and comfort. LIXIL's newly launched interior window for renovation, "Inplus," is installed on existing windows from the inside to improve insulation performance, and is also effective in soundproofing and reducing condensation. Installation can be completed in as little as an hour, and can bring about a big change in the way the room feels.

■ We offer a set of "interior windows and residential equipment" for a great deal

We handle over 50,000 installations and replacements of residential equipment annually, including gas stoves, water heaters, toilets, and bathroom dryers. With the launch of this new service, we are now ready to offer a set of window and housing equipment. By combining and utilizing subsidies for multiple items, we will accelerate "collective replacement" proposals that lead to cost reductions for our customers.
