Koukandekirukun, Inc. (Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Masaru Kurihara; hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), in collaboration with Itochu Enex Home Life Co., Ltd. (Head office: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Kyosuke Wakamatsu), has developed "Replaform," a cloud-based platform that makes it easy to start an e-commerce business residential equipment with installation included. Starting July 1, 2025, the Company will begin proposing the introduction of the platform to home builders, management companies, real estate businesses, and others.
This service is a cloud-based platform that can be used by companies in various industries who are aiming to expand their renovation businesses in the face of a decline in new home construction starts and a shrinking population, when they launch new e-commerce businesses for residential equipment replacement and renovation.
To date, we have received numerous requests from many lifestyle-related companies to provide our "Koukandekirukun" system, an e-commerce site for residential equipment with installation, on an OEM basis, and it was against this market need that we decided to jointly develop "Replaform."
Our wholly owned subsidiary, KD Service Co., Ltd., will handle everything from quotes to order taking, product procurement and construction arrangements, significantly reducing the costs of setting up and running residential equipment e-commerce site compared to conventional methods*1 and supporting entry into new businesses.

"Replaform" is a home construction e-commerce platform for corporations that provides a one-stop service from e-commerce site construction, quotation automation, order management, and process management. It can be easily implemented and operated without the need for specialized IT knowledge or large-scale system investment. It provides a cloud-based "EC with installation" system that includes online quotation without the need for on-site inspections, inventory and product management, and even a construction system.
Through the introduction of "Replaform," we will contribute to creating new business opportunities for companies in various industries and to the digitalization of the home equipment replacement business.
