Since October 2022, the Company has offered a free 10-year warranty for all products sold, resulting in a cumulative total of approximately 160,000 warranties issued.

IMI also provides insurance and warranty services in the dental medical field, and specializes in insurance-related operations.


Overview of IMI's current residential equipment warranties
By integrating IMI’s product development capabilities and customer service infrastructure (including call center functions) with the Company’s digital platform and nationwide installation network, we aim to establish a comprehensive solution that combines warranty coverage and replacement services.
The offering will initially be positioned as an optional service for corporate clients utilizing Replaform (announced June 20), as well as for existing B2B partners in the real estate and property management sectors.

According to Yano Research Institute, the domestic extended warranty service market was valued at ¥1.5158 trillion as of 2022, with the home appliance and residential equipment segment accounting for approximately ¥555 billion.
