Koukandekirukun has created a new market for individual unit replacement residential equipment, and by combining this with IT, has contributed to the realization of a sustainable society.

Breaking away from the traditional industry style in which on-site estimates were the norm, the system allows estimates to be completed online, reducing the amount of car travel required by salespeople, helping to prevent traffic congestion and reduce the use of resources such as gasoline.
At the same time, by training our residential equipment installer cross-trained installation specialist *, we are able to minimize the number of people involved in the entire installation process, which contributes to reducing the estimation costs as well as the amount of car travel to the site.

In addition, by easily replacing outdated home equipment with the latest energy-efficient devices, households can effortlessly reduce their environmental impact.For example, installing water-saving faucets and showerheads cuts down on water usage, leading to the conservation of water resources. EcoCute, which uses electricity to heat water, emits less carbon dioxide than gas-powered water heaters, and contributes to reducing greenhouse gas emissions. Our company not only sells eco-friendly products, but also disseminates tips on how to use these appliances and other aspects that promote energy-saving, water-saving, and gas-saving features on our website, and has endeavored to raise awareness of lifestyles that reduce the burden on the environment.

Furthermore, by replacing only the old equipment rather than renovating the entire kitchen or bathroom, we can reduce the need for large-scale construction work that generates a large amount of waste, and keep the home in a sustainable condition for the long term while keeping costs down. The industry-leading "10-year free warranty on all products," which began in October 2022, is also one of our SDGs initiatives. We are extending the replacement cycle, which was previously 10 years or less, to a minimum of 10 years, allowing customers to use our products with peace of mind for as long as possible.
